SIM/NEBULA: SIGNAL v Rudolfinu

Unique live combination of classical music and video mapping: This is spectacular project titled SIM/NEBULA in Prague’s neo-renaissance jewel the Rudolfinum. A 50-minutes long video mapping on the interior of the Dvořák Hall will be completed by an outstanding performance of the The Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra, conducted by conductor Jan Kučera, will perform Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 “From the New World” (also known as “New World Symphony”), composed in 1893 while Dvořák was the director of the National Conservatory of Music of America, symphony poem “Vltava” by Bedřich Smetana, prelude called “Carnival” by Antonín Dvořák and Symphony “Pathetic” by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. SIM/NEBULA was prepared in collaboration of 11 international artists from 6 different countries all around the world under artistic supervision of visual artist Amar Mulabegovič from the creative studio The Macula.
